Apart from the polishing most known, the lappato takes now an important place in the ceramic world.
It’s a partial polishing, with more or less shine on the tiles, more or less porcellanato structured or glazed porcellanato:

Polished
Our tools are produced in a large range of grits and basing on these it’s possible to get the shinning wished, reaching the highest polishing using the grit 6000.
Grits available: 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1800, 2500, 3500, 6000

Mate
On the contrary it’s possible to turn down the polishing grade reducing the last grits 3500- 1800- 1200 – 1000 – etc; sometime completing the sequence in a few heads with brushes in order to uniform and clean at once the tile surface.

All our tools for lappato are produced in different shapes with the attachment regulate for every machine in the current commerce, with various hardness and bumper rubber for the numerous types of processing in the ceramic trade.

Tangential
140 mm 170 mm basing on the head diameter and attachment length.
